44 units – 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Size
Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Coventry Meadows began occupancy in 2012. This LIHTC property consists of 44 units of affordable family housing in the one, two, and three bedroom unit size.

• Kitchens equipped with stove and refrigerator
